Breath Sonification (WebAudio) — Logistic Map Synthesis

A single-compartment lung model drives a breath sound synthesizer. “Turbulence” is generated with logistic-map synthesis and shaped by airflow with stereo panning.
Audio: Off
Tips: Use Space to toggle audio. The model computes Paw = Pel(V) + Ppl and Patm - Paw = R·Q + I·dQ/dt, with Ppl = -Pmus, and Q>0 = inspiration.

Breath Drive (Waveform)

Drive functions: sinusoid, half-cosine + expiratory relaxation, trapezoid, and double-exponential.

Physical Model

Compliance + nonlinear stiffening, airway resistance (nose/mouth/both), and optional flow inertia + soft flow limiting.
